Outlet is a super colorful and friendly spot nestled in a dreamy oasis courtyard off of NE Sandy and 24th. It’s a great space for small pop-ups, classes, lectures, readings, and other gatherings!
Studio Details
Square Footage: ~500 sq ft.
Ceiling Height: 15’ (6.5’ under mezzanine).
Seating: 3 benches, 30 stools, 4 chairs as needed.
Tables: Large red table, 2+ narrow wooden tables, 3 small pop-up tables.
Capacity: 35 maximum. Due to COVID-19, capacity limits may be different than those listed here.
For workshops where people need to spread out (with tables): 10-15.
For lecture-type events with seating (no tables): 20-25.
Garage: Available open or closed depending on weather.
Courtyard: Access available depending on other events & must be prearranged.
Parking: Limited; available on Hoyt (unmetered, residential) or Sandy (2hr, unmetered). No designated parking available.
Other: Wifi, speaker, & tons of art & collage supplies!
Restroom: One single-stall, ADA accessible bathroom

Rates & Fees
Basic Rates
$250 for 2 hour rental (ie 1hr event + 1 hr setup/teardown)
$400 for 4 hour rental (ie 3hr event + 1 hr setup/teardown)
$700 for 9 hour rental (ie 8hr event + 1 hr setup/teardown)
Fee includes access to our ground-level space (no upstairs access), power, wifi, and gentle use of our assorted arts & crafts supplies. We do not currently offer printing for events but are happy to arrange private workshops for groups.
All space rentals include the presence of an Outlet assistant who will be available for the duration of your event to help with setup/teardown and anything else that comes up.
Additional Fees
$75/hr for cleaning, setup, or teardown that exceeds the 1 hr limit or goes beyond the total rental period.
We can design digital promotional assets (square image for instagram, image for stories, & banner image) and list your event on our events page on our website for an additional charge.
If your event requires ticketing we encourage you to set up your own Eventbrite or other ticketing scenario.

Outlet is committed to fostering a local creative community of diverse artists and makers. As such we offer special rates to certain nonprofits and non-commercial entities and individuals.
