We’re super committed to making Outlet accessible in every way we can.

Outlet is a ground-floor space with a single-stall ADA accessible bathroom. If there’s any way we can make your visit feel more comfortable or safe please let us know! If you’re coming in and are having any issues finding or accessing our space, please feel free to call us at (541)591-5157.

Entry, Parking & Transit

Outlet is located within a gated courtyard with access from both NE Sandy and Hoyt (see a map and images of our location below). Our address is 2500 NE Sandy Blvd Ste E and is near Trimet bus stops for the 12 and 19 lines. If entering from Sandy Blvd, look for the gray, wire mesh gate sandwiched between Take Pride Barbershop and Dava Bead. If entering off of Hoyt St look for the gray wire mesh gate along the back of the large white industrial-looking building. There is 1-2 hr unmetered parking on NE Sandy, and street parking in the residential neighborhood surrounding Hoyt. There is bike parking inside the gate off of NE Sandy, or you can set your bike outside Outlet. The gates are locked between 6pm and 8am on weekdays and all day on weekends.

Wheelchair Access

There is wheelchair access from NE Sandy; the gates and our door are ADA compliant but do not have automatic switches, however we try to prop them open during open hours. It’s also difficult to access our door entering from the gate on Hoyt (there’s a slight step up to the walkway in front of our door) so we recommend entering from NE Sandy.

Interpretation & Captioning

We will hire an ASL interpreter for in-person workshops, and provide captioning for our virtual workshops upon request. We have also hosted special workshops with a translator for other languages and are open to doing so again on a case-by-case basis.

We don’t currently record our virtual workshops, but will make exceptions for access needs.

Bathroom

Our single-stall, non-gendered bathroom is ADA compliant, with grab bars and a lowered sink, but no automatic switch for the door.

Financial Barriers

We don’t want financial barriers to get in the way of access to print or creative communities!

We’re offering workshop scholarships and reduced printing rates for BIPOC and other marginalized folks wanting to take classes or print with us.
