Print Club Inventory Form
Thanks so much for being a vendor at Outlet!
This form helps us keep track of the inventory you have with us, and helps us make sure we have all of your info up-to-date. Please fill this out before dropping anything off! Feel free to contact Leland with questions about your current inventory.
Some consignment reminders:
All consignment is set up 50/50 with half of the sales going back to you, so price accordingly.
We pay everyone via PayPal quarterly using the following schedule:
Jan-Mar (Q1) paid on 4/1
Apr-Jun (Q2) paid on 7/1
Jul-Sep (Q3) paid on 10/1
Oct-Dec (Q4) paid at the end of Dec (includes holiday sales)
We process all of our consignment manually (nothing happens automatically or with the help of software) so we try to pay everyone as close to the first of the month as we can, but sometimes life, weekends, and holidays get in the way. You can always contact us if you're wondering about a payment.
Everything in our shop needs to have some riso printed element (this can even be the backing card of an enamel pin).
We accept 5-10 of each unique item due to our limited storage.
We need each unique item to be identified separately. We can no longer accept things like "Misc 5x7 Prints". Each unique print or item needs its own name and price on the inventory form.
Please do not seal your packaged goods! We insert a little info sheet about Outlet into the back.
We are no longer be able to provide packaging for your goods. Please bring your goods in with clear sleeves (unsealed!) and backing for all prints. Unpackaged zines and small items need prior approval before dropping off.
You can find packaging online at places like Clear Bags, but local spots like Artist & Craftsman and I've Been Framed usually carry small packs and individual sheets for purchase.
We love no-flap clear bags (you don't have to mess with peeling and sticking your sleeves!) and encourage everyone to go this route if you can! It's also great because people can take your zines/cards/notebooks out of the package to easily look through them :)
Keep in mind that we put a barcode sticker on all items. We do our best not to damage unpackageable items but it's much easier when items are sleeved.
